Please note all our items are pre-loved and may show minor signs of use due to age. All significant flaws will be mentioned in the description of the item, please make sure to read them throughly before purchasing.
All sizes mentioned are according to today’s size guide & model fittings, we do not always go by vintage sizing labels as they vary greatly between countries of origin.
SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally and all orders are sent with tracked shipping
Do you do bundle/shipping discounts?
Yes. There is free shipping on orders above 100€ in Belgium and above 120€ in Europe (e.g.: UK, Ireland, Danemark, etc). For shipping outside of Europe, there is free shipping for the US on orders above 200€
What is the "Buy Now & Hold On Shipping" option?
The “Buy Now & Hold On Shipping” is a shipping option we’ve added at checkout specially designed for our international customers to help them bundle up shipping costs. We know international shipping can be expensive & that sometimes you only wish to purchase 1 or 2 pieces in a specific website restock which sometimes means that shipping ends up being more than the item’s cost.
This option allows you to buy an item(s) but asks us not to ship it just yet. We will keep it stored for you at the studio until a next order. The idea is that you can buy items at several different times and whenever you’re ready, pay shipping and have us ship all the items together so you only pay shipping once. For example
Sara (New York, US) buys one top at 25$ on March 12th & selects “Buy Now & Hold On Shipping” at checkout - she’s only charged for the top amount & the item is set aside for her at the studio
Sara then makes another order of 2 items of 70$ on March 25th & selects “Buy Now & Hold On Shipping” - she’s only charged for the items amount & they’re both set aside for her at the studio
Sara makes a third order of 2 items for 60$ on April 5th & now selects “UPS Standard Shipping” at checkout - one single package is prepared for her with her total of 5 ordered items & shipped together, amounting in only one shipping cost for her
Please note this is not a holding service, and when selecting this option at checkout, orders cannot be canceled once made. Since we work with one off pieces this is simply to avoid pieces being blocked & made unavailable for other customers who may also wish to purchase them. There is a time limit of 6 months once the first order of “Buy Now & Hold On Shipping” has been made to pay for shipping & have the order sent.
How long will shipping take?
We aim to ship all our orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email once your order has been sent (check spam folders as well!) along with tracking information.
When checking out an estimate delivery time will be displayed specific to the shipping service selected & destination. All parcels aim to be delivered in a time frame of 1-2 weeks once dispatched, however note delivery times may vary depending on the period, weather conditions, etc
How much does shipping costs?
The shipping cost specific to your country will be displayed during the checkout process. We offer various shipping options (Standard, Express, Pick-up point, etc) to accommodate your preferences, allowing you to select the service that best suits your needs. Below is a general description of the shipping prices:
- Belgium - ranges from 3.75€ to 6€ depending on service selected
- Europe - ranges from 10€-18€ depending on location
- United States - starts at 23€ for standard delivery
- Canada - starts at 38€ for standard delivery
- International - 40€ euros for standard delivery

ORDERS
My parcel hasn't arrived yet, what can I do?
Once your order has been sent you will receive the tracking number to follow your order in a shipment confirmation email (check spam folders as well!). All items are sent with tracked shipping. Please contact us at cs.lgstudio@gmail.com if your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time frame
I made a mistake in my shipping address information at checkout. Can I change it?
If you realize that you've made an error in your shipping address during the checkout process, we urge you to contact us immediately. We can make corrections to the shipping address if the package has not been dispatched.
Please email us at cs.lgstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible with the corrected information. We'll do our best to assist you in ensuring your order reaches the correct destination
What happens if my package is lost?
In case of lost or stolen shipment, please contact us at cs.lgstudio@gmail.com. We will help you to try and find your package via the tracking number or by contacting the shipping company. In case the package is oficially declared as lost by the shipping company we will issue either an order refund or a refund in credit store depending on your preference.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments from any major card via Shopify Payments (Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, etc), Amex or via Paypal.
